Bloom Haus is the best florist ever! The floral designs are exceptional. They embrace your ideas and share their expertise. But more importantly, their customer service is impeccable. I can’t say enough about Mia. I live in a different state, but I will always reach out to this Atlanta base company for my needs. Because I have medical challenges it is important that I feel comfortable & trust the company that I patron. This florist goes the “extra mile” to provide quality products, great/timely delivery and gave tips for care of flowers so they last. Always Bloom Haus!!

I’ve had such a great experience with this business! I first found out about them when my boyfriend surprised me with a bouquet for my birthday, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and honestly one of the prettiest bouquets I’ve received. Because of that experience, I decided to come back and order again—this time I got the heart bouquet for my mom, and it was just as stunning. You can really tell they put care into their work. The pickup instructions were very clear, and the whole process was smooth. On top of that, the service was so friendly and lovely. I’ll definitely be coming back again and highly recommend them! 🌸

I had an excellent experience. The roses were beautiful. They lasted for along time. We put a few in different vases around the house and had several bouquets. Mia gave very personal service. This is definitely my new florist any time I need fresh flowers!

My boyfriend decided to use this company to send me flowers for Valentine's Day. Horrible experience. The order confirmation stated that there would be a video and pictures sent out for approval prior to the order being delivered. Never received. The delivery time was set between 10am-6pm. The flowers didn't make it to my house until 11:30 pm with only 30 minutes left for the day. No communication from the company or the delivery driver. I live 7 minutes from the physical location of the shop which is why my boyfriend selected this company plus the fact that this is a small business and we believe in supporting small business like we do larger retail chains. The icing on the cake was the flowers themselves. They looked like they had been sitting out all night and had already started to wither. I could have received flowers from Publix or Kroger that looked like this and received them earlier in the day. This was not a cheap order, for almost $300 I would have expected much better quality. I also would have appreciated a better response from the company. I called Sunday 2/15 to just give feedback on my experience and spoke with a young lady who told me there were 57 pre orders that

Updated Review: 10/27/25 The owner, Mia, personally reached out to me regarding the issues I experienced with my previous flower arrangement. From the very beginning, she was extremely professional, kind, and genuinely empathetic about the situation. Mia sincerely apologized for the behavior of the employee who had initially handled my call and took full responsibility for ensuring that the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. She offered to send me a replacement arrangement, and to my surprise, Mia personally delivered the new flowers herself. I was both shocked and deeply impressed by her dedication and hands-on approach. During the delivery, she took the time to explain what had gone wrong with the original order, apologized once again for the inconvenience, and even shared several helpful tips and tricks on how to keep my flowers fresh and vibrant for a longer period. What stood out most was her commitment to follow-up — a week later, Mia contacted me to check that the flowers were still thriving and that I was satisfied with the new arrangement. The replacement bouquet was absolutely stunning, beautifully arranged, and lasted significantly longer than the first one. Mia’
